For my birthday this gathering, my parents bought me a wonderful TV for my dorm area. I know, I am really serendipitous to have such wonderful parents.
My roommate is just as serendipitous to have a roommate who has provided him with a great HDTV to watch during our late nights of studying or partying, whichever the case may be at the time. The only problem I found was that I couldn’t afford the cable monthly rate for high definition channels.
My parents told me if they bought me the TV, I would have to pay the cost of getting the high definition channels, if I so decide. Of course, I want high degree picture, why wouldn’t I? I was researching a project one night and drifted off onto some sites talking about antennas.
I couldn’t conceive what I was reading because it was like I had struck gold or something. It was that major. The antennas provide you with signals so you don’t have to use your cable provider to get the signals.
I thought this was awesome but I didn’t really know where I would put an antenna in a dorm area. I started thinking about it and kept reading online. Finally, I found something that would succeed in my shack. There is an high definition picture frame.
Uncanny, I know. You can put a picture in the frame, secure it on your wall and it receives a communication for high quality channels. I bought it and tried it out. It wasn’t pricey at all so I didn’t have to worry about dropping a large chunk out of my piggy bank.
I am happy that I did decide to buy it because I am so happy with it and needed to let everyone know it, especially other college students. We don’t have a lot of money but we still deserve to have a pleasant television to view.
We study hard and need a stress release. Now my roommate and I have some of the best channels available now. We spend way too much time in front of my television but it’s okay.
Another thing I figured out while doing my research is that after February 17, 2009, I wouldn’t be able to watch my tv without the high definition package from my cable provider because all broadcasters will be required to broadcast out these signals only.
Now, I am all set for the switch and can remain to watch with no problems now and in the approaching.

For my birthday this gathering, my parents bought me a excellent TV for my dorm room. I know, I am really fortunate to have such outstanding parents.
My roommate is just as serendipitous to have a roommate who has provided him with a outstanding HDTV to watch during our late nights of studying or partying, whichever the case may be at the instant.
The only difficulty I found was that I couldn’t afford the cable monthly rate for high definition channels. My parents told me if they bought me the TV, I would have to cover the expenditure of getting the high definition channels, if I so choose.
Of course, I need high calibre picture, why wouldn’t I? I was researching a task one night and drifted off onto several sites talking about antennas. I couldn’t believe what I was reading because it was like I had struck gold or something.
It was that great. The antennas provide you with signals so you don’t have to use your cable provider to recognize the signals. I thought this was wonderful but I didn’t truly know where I would put an antenna in a dorm area.
I started thinking about it and kept reading online. Eventually, I found something that would succeed in my room. There is an high definition picture frame. Weird, I know. You can put a picture in the frame, secure it on your wall and it receives a communication for high quality channels.
I bought it and tried it out. It wasn’t overpriced at all so I didn’t have to worry about dropping a huge chunk out of my savings. I am pleased that I did settle to buy it because I am so content with it and needed to let everyone know it, especially other college students.
We don’t have a lot of money but we still deserve to have a nice television to watch. We work hard and need a stress release. Now my roommate and I possess some of the best channels acquirable now.
We drop way too much time in front of my television but it’s alright. Another thing I figured out while doing my investigate is that after Feb 17, 2009, I wouldn’t be able to watch my television without the high definition service from my cable Co. because all broadcasters will be required to send out these signals only.
Now, I am all set for the switch and can continue to watch with no problems now and in the approaching.

My all-time favorite show…”The Sopranos” is a great drama. I can’t tell you how often I live vicariously through the families on this show. The best part about is that I can watch it in high definition because the high definition channel A&E just started running the episodes which used to only be on Home Box Office.
The other wonderful thing about it is I don’t have to pay anything extra for my high quality picture channels. I recently purchased an antenna that looks like a picture frame and gives me the crisp clear picture I love about high definition television.
I heard about it from my friend. She said that her husband found it and tried it out in their RV. When they were travelling the midwest on their vacation they said that it was awesome how a little frame could get such great reception. They went through the back roads of Kansas, Ohio, and Nebraska with no disruption in their signal.
The best thing about it for them is that since it is a picture frame, it’s also a nice piece of dacor in their RV. So I decided since I have a high definition tv I would give it a try. I bought one and hung it on my wall. As soon as I turned on the tv, it picked up all the stations in high quality picture.
The next time Sopranos came on; I was so thrillful because it was so much fun watching it with the vivid display. The colors are so luminous that the actors look like they are coming out of the screen. When there are action scenes, you really feel you are part of the action. It’s simply awing.
I placed a picture of my family and me at our last vacation in Las Vegas in the picture frame antenna. No one even notices that it is an antenna; they just comment on the beautiful image and move on. The other day I had a get-together and my tv was the talk of the evening.
I bought several movies and everyone was affixed to the screen. Several people even jumped at the action film I rented, it looked that genuine! I wish they had come out with this a long time ago because it’s definitely worth the investment of the TV and antenna.
Not too far off, I will be able to view all of my shows in high definition because of the big switching happening on February 17, 2009. I can hardly wait!

Actuality shows have taken over and I must include that I am a actuality show junky. Alright, what is better than looking into people’s lives and and finding out all about them.
Oh, and let’s not forget all of the drama that takes place within the shows. It’s not only amusing but it keeps you from creating drama in your own home. My recent reality show favorites are Rock of Love with Bret Michaels and Flavor of Love 3.
There is nothing trashier than these two shows and I enjoy it. Every Sunday and Mon, I utilise my night to sitting down in front of my television staring at the ridiculous stunts the girls have in store for their man.
High definition television is the top innovation because not only do I get to view trashy reality shows but also I get to view them in high calibre picture. HD makes you conceive like you are right in the mansions with them.
The colors are so saturated and clear. It’s nearly as if the people are talking to you in your family room when they recount the latest drama that has taken place.
Nothing beats a HDTV when you are looking for quality TV programing. I am also glad that I found out about HD signals through an antenna. My friend discovered high definition antennas that can be set in your home or on the roof.
It receives the same signals as our satellite company provided us but without the monthly expenditure. I am interested in pocketing a few dollars. I tried it out and I am so excited I did. My channels are crisp and bright.
My regular channels which will be high definition channels on February 17th look even better than they did before. By the way, if you did not know, on February 17, 2009 all channels are required to carry only these signals.
This means that consumers who do not have service through their cable or satellite company will have to either get it or buy the antenna. Like I said, I love reality shows and now with my TV prepared to go, I will be able to watch it for numerous years to come. Hopefully, actuality shows will stick around for a little longer.
I know that it’s just a fad right now and will someday be replaced with some other new popular type program. Until then tho’, if there is a reality show out there, I am watching it.
